The man in these photos is being sought by the Polk County Sheriff's Office, after he walked out of A&A Overstock in Winter Haven (14 Spirit Lake Road) with an iPhone that didn’t belong to him.

The crime occurred on September 7th sometime around 3:00 p.m. 

The suspect was initially at the store asking about taking some pallets and was told to talk to the front desk. The suspect walked into the office area and removed an employee’s cell phone from the desk. He then left in a newer model Ford 150 pick-up truck with an extended cab and drove northbound on Spirit Lake Road.
