CRIME: RETAIL THEFT 
CRIME SCENE: DOLLAR GENERAL, 3602 CYPRESS GARDENS RD SE, WINTER HAVEN
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-28169

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Dollar General store at 3602 Cypress Gardens Rd. SE in Winter Haven on Sunday, July 9th at about 3:30 p.m.

The white male suspect seen here, wearing a gray T-shirt, gym shorts, and sunglasses on his face, waited until the clerk left the register and walked behind the counter, stealing two packs of cigarettes.
