The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fentanyl overdose case which occurred on March 11, 2022 at the Quality Inn at 9330 US 192 (Four Corners area).

One of the last people to see the victim alive was the man seen here (taken from security video at Longshots Bar).

The unknown man is described as: Hispanic, about 5'5", long black hair, with beard and mustache.  He goes by the nickname, "J."
