CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: CIRCLE K STORE AT 2109 MEMORIAL BLVD, LAKELAND
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-19274

On May 6th at about 7:00pm, the suspect in this case entered the Circle K, gathered some beer, then began using the self-checkout lane. Only problem is, he only paid for about 25-percent of the beer he had, and began to walk out.

An employee confronted the man about him not paying for it all and he responded by saying, “Catch me next time!” and walked out.

The suspect is pictured here, along with his vehicle, which appears to be a silver Kia Optima.
