On August 21, 2022 at around 1:30 p.m. the man in this photo entered the 7-Eleven at 6175 U.S. 98 South in Lakeland. When he left the store, he took a bicycle that didn’t belong to him. 

The bicycle is a black Electra with a black leather bag attached to the frame. The seat and handlebar grips were also made of leather.
