Andre Webb has been captured. The PCSO and the US Marshals located Webb at the Family Dollar store at 206 MLK Blvd NE in Winter Haven and took him into custody.

43-year old Andre Webb of Bartow has been quite the elusive fellow.
One year ago, we featured Andre as a #WarrantOfTheDay on the PCSO Facebook page after detectives obtained a warrant for his arrest for stealing lottery tickets at various stores.
His little crime spree started after he was arrested and then got out of jail on bail (for several other felony theft charges) last year and he hasn’t let up. He’s still out there, he’s still committing thefts, and he’s still collecting warrants. We, and our law enforcement partners, have not been able to find him.
Andre Webb has 18 active arrest warrants. A pretty high number, right? You ain’t heard nothin’ yet.
This guy needs to be in jail, because that’s the only thing stopping him from committing more crimes.
His most recent crime occurred on August 29th in Winter Haven. He and his accomplice, 24-year old T’amya Handford stole about 64 cartons of cigarettes from a store. The couple got away in a silver 2023 Nissan Murano.
Deputies soon located Handford and arrested her. Andre though, managed to slip away again.
Andre Webb has been very lucky so far to elude capture.
