The suspect in this photo has been identified and arrested, and yes, he is only 16. Also arrested were another 16 year old boy, a 14 year old boy, a 13 year old boy, and a complaint affidavit has been written up for the arrest of a 16 year old girl.
ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS:
The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft of a 2020 Chevy Sonic, which was stolen from the Skyview area of Lakeland on the morning of October 18th.
The vehicle has been recovered, but the investigation remains ongoing.
The detective investigating this case is trying to identify and locate the person in these photos, so she can ask him what he knows about the theft.
