***UPDATE: JUNE 6TH***
The identity of this suspect was provided by a tipster, and follow-up by the detective confirmed the identity as 31-year old Anthony Spinale of Kissimmee.
Efforts to locate Spinale were initially unsuccessful. The PCSO coordinated their efforts with members of the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, and Spinale was located. He tried to flee, but was quickly captured. He told the detective that he ran because he, "didn't want to go back to the Polk County Jail."
Spinale got his wish...sort of. Since he was arrested in Osceola County, he went to the Osceola County Jail. But, he will eventually be sent to the Polk County Jail. Tough luck, Anthony.
One final note, during the investigation, the stolen package was recovered and returned to the victim.
