Detectives in the southeast part of the county are trying to identify a man who committed retail theft from the Circle K store at Hwy 60 and Alturas Road on two different days, August 27th and 29th.
On the 27th, he came into the store, entered The Beer Cave, and came out with two 24-packs of Bud Light. Then he just walked out the door without paying.
On the 29th, he came in, filled-up a cup at the soda fountain, meandered through the store while sipping his beverage, then entered The Beer Cave. He walked out of the store again carrying two 24-packs of Bud Light.
Both times, our suspect left in a white Nissan Maxima.
