The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two incidents that occurred in the Davenport area around midnight Sunday morning, February 26th. The incidents happened very close to each other, but it is unknown at this time if they are related.
Two bullet holes were found in one residence within the Emerald Lake Mobile Home Park. It is believed about 14 gunshots were fired.
Another nearby resident reported that a brick had shattered the window of her parked car.
