A detective from the Polk County Sheriff's Office has confirmed the identity of a countywide lottery ticket thief. The suspect is 42-year old Andre Webb, and he now has a warrant issued for his arrest.
Webb is accused of stealing lottery tickets from various Circle K and 7-Eleven stores.
He is currently out on bail for several felony theft charges. He has a prior criminal history of 66 felony and 44 misdemeanor charges in Polk and Hillsborough counties.

The man in these photos really gets around Polk County.
Not only is the Polk County Sheriff's Office trying to identify him, the police departments in Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Lake Wales are also trying to identify him.
This man has gone into multiple 7-Eleven and Circle K stores with the sole purpose of stealing scratch-off lottery tickets.
